How to Get Started with Intercom Articles Localization for Admins

How to Configure Languages in Intercom Articles for Localization
1. Log in to your Intercom account and click on the Articles icon to access your Intercom Support Articles.
2. From the side panel, find your organization's help center, go to Settings, and open the Supported languages dropdown from the General heading.
Note: Remember, you should be the Admin or user with admin access of the Intercom account to access these settings.
3. Click on the Add language button to open a list of languages you can add for content localization.
4. Add as many languages as required to translate your Intercom Articles based on your customers' preferred languages.
5. Now go to the Styling option and open the Header dropdown.
6. Within that section, you'll need to select the respective language and write a Page title. You can also add a logo, link to the homepage, header links, and background color.
7. After configuring the settings for added languages, click the Save changes or Save and set live button.
