After you have authorized access to Intercom, Lingpad can access your articles to start the localization process. Our system can now fetch your articles from Intercom to Lingpad for translation.
The fetched articles are imported to the Cabinet; a place where content is stored for Lingpad to start translation. Let's have a look at the step-by-step process to import your Intercom articles to Lingpad Cabinet:
How to Import Intercom Articles to Lingpad Cabinet
1. Open your Intercom Articles translation project by clicking on View Project from the respective Space.
2. Go to the Pull tab from the side panel and click Pull Now to start fetching all the collections, sections, and articles available on your Intercom platform.
3. Now select the desired collections, sections, and articles you want to localize and click the Pull button to import them into the Cabinet. You can also use the search button to find and select articles.
4. Check all the pulled content and languages for translation in the Cabinet and Languages tab respectively.

Note: If you add more languages to your Intercom platform, you need to add them using the Add Language(s) button from the Languages tab in Lingpad.
5. Add Translation Memory at the project or the organization level before moving to the
Translate step. You can also add a Glossary at the organization level and use it at the project level during translation for the added languages.
See this article on how to add TM and Glossary.
