1. Log in to your Freshdesk Support account and click the Admin icon from the side panel to access the settings for your account.

2. Click on the Account tab from the new side panel and open the Helpdesk Settings.

Note: To access these settings, you should be the Admin or user with admin access to your Freshdesk account.
3. Click on the Manage Languages button from the Primary Language settings.
