Global brands that use Front's customer support and operations platform face a challenge to offer multi-language information to their customers. It's crucial to provide native language support and information to customers from diverse regions who speak their native language.
This challenge needs to be resolved without overburdening your support team or stretching your budgets. Lingpad is the solution for localizing your Front knowledge base articles.
It's an AI-powered translation automation tool that offers human-like translation of your knowledge base content. It allows you to fetch, translate, store, manage, and even automate the entire process.
But before we get to that, let's see the step-by-step process to add languages to your Front Knowledge Base and create an API key on Front for Lingpad to translate your articles:

2. Go to your knowledge base Settings from the left side panel and open the Content tab.
3. Open the Additional languages drop-down, select the desired languages for your knowledge base content translation, and click on Apply.
Note: Additional languages drop-down is only available for Front users with Scale plan as Front provides multi-language support only to Scale plan subscribers.
Now that you have added the required languages for translation, let's get to know how to create an API key for content translation.
How to Create an API Key for Knowledge Base Translation
