Keeping your extensive Front Knowledge Base articles up-to-date in all the languages is difficult with a manual localization process. You want to provide the correct information to your customers in their native language and increase their satisfaction levels.
Updating your support articles in multiple languages can be overwhelming, especially when your policies change frequently. But Lingpad automation makes it effortless to update articles in all the popular global languages.
Automate your Front Knowledge Base content localization and keep your articles updated worry-free. Set up the translation process once and let Lingpad take care of the rest. Let's see the step-by-step process to set up automation:
How to Automate Your Front Knowledge Base Translation
1. From your Lingpad X Front KB project, open the Automation tab. There you'll find individual tabs for Pull, Translate, and Push to enable translation automation.
2. Enable the Auto-pull access toggle from the Pull tab to import the updated content from your Front Knowledge Base for the articles already present in 'Cabinet'. This will allow Lingpad to fetch the latest content automatically every 24 hours, approximately at ± 00:00 UTC.
3. Click the Translate tab from above and enable the Auto-translate access toggle to localize your articles automatically. Select the default translation status and languages for automatic AI translation.
Note: Select the default status as Approved if you want to auto-push all the translated content.
4. Enable the Auto-push access toggle in the Push tab to export the translated content to Front automatically. Select the languages and status for pushed content and click on the Save button.
