How to Setup Your Freshdesk KB Localization Project on Lingpad

Easily create a project on Lingpad with no-code integration to connect your Freshdesk Knowledge Base account. This integration project will help you fetch, store, translate, push, and manage your Freshdesk Knowledge Base articles.

How to Create a Localization Project for Freshdesk KB on Lingpad

1. Log into your Lingpad account or register for one. You can also log in or sign up using your Google account with Single Sign On.

2. Create a new space by clicking Add New Space, or use an existing one. Give your space a name and short description, and click on the Create button.

3. Open that Space and click on the Integration to set up your Freshdesk KB integration.

4. Add project title, select the Freshdesk Knowledge Base from the Help Center tab, enter your Freshdesk API key, add subdomain details, and click on Connect.

Note: The API Key is a unique key for your active Freshdesk Account. You can find it under User Profile Icon (at the top-right corner of your screen) > Profile Settings > View API Key.
5. Once you click on Connect, Lingpad will successfully create the Freshdesk Help Center integration project. Now, open the project and import your Freshdesk KB articles to Lingpad.
