Getting Started with Lingpad Integration for Front Inbox

How to Get Lingpad App and Create Front Integration Project

1. Log into your Front support platform and navigate to Settings from the top right corner and open the App Store.

2. Search Lingpad and click on the Translation by Lingpad app.

3. Click on the Enable App button to install the app.

4.  Click on the Start Using this App button that'll take you to app screen. From there, click on Get Started button, which will redirect you to the Lingpad platform.

5. Now create an account on the Lingpad or Log In if you already have one.

6. From your dashboard screen, click on the (+) icon from the Messaging card.

7. This will open a side panel from where you can select a space or add a new one, enter a project title, select Front Inbox for integration, and click Connect.

Note: Spaces are a collection of projects. They streamline the accessibility and management of different projects you create within Lingpad.

8. This will redirect you to the authentication page. Click on the Authorize button to allow Lingpad to access your tickets for localization.

9. Voila! The Lingpad project for Front Inbox ticket localization has been successfully created.

10. Lastly, give your agents the necessary permission to use the Lingpad app for AI translation. Go to the 'Agent Permission' settings from your project and click on the checkboxes from the 'Access' column to give desired agents the permission to use the Lingpad app.
