How Lingpad's AI Translation Works in Your Front Platform

Lingpad is an AI-powered localization tool designed to simplify multilingual customer support. By integrating Lingpad with Front, businesses can translate customer messages into over 120 languages with minimal effort, ensuring high-quality, accurate customer support across different languages.

After installing and creating an integration project, enable automatic AI translation in Lingpad. Now, let's see how Lingpad's AI translation will work on your Front platform.

How Lingpad App Will Work in Your Front Platform

1. Open and assign any new multilingual ticket to your agent for Lingpad to start translation of the same.

2. AI translation, by default, is turned off at the individual ticket level, and you have to turn on the same manually. Enter '!lp-ai-on' in the internal comment of your multilingual ticket to turn on the automatic AI translation.

Note: You can also open the Lingpad app widget from the side panel at the right and then turn off and turn on AI translation for the Lingpad app to translate tickets automatically.

3. Ensure the customer language is set to 'Auto' in the app for Lingpad to detect and translate your multilingual customer queries automatically.

4. Type your response in the Internal comment, starting with '!'.

5. Doing so will order an AI-powered translation of your responses and send them to customers automatically. The responses are sent in real-time to the same source language detected by our system.
