Enable Automatic AI Translation
After you have downloaded the Lingpad app from the respective marketplace of your customer support platform, create an integration project on Lingpad. There, you'll need to enable essential AI translation configurations for Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Gorgias, or Front to auto translate incoming/outgoing support ticket messages.
Here's a step-by-step process you can follow to enable automatic AI translation for your support tickets:

How to Enable Automatic AI Translation in Lingpad?
1. Login or open your Lingpad account. Open the organization settings and navigate to AI translation from the side panel.
2. Enable AI Translation Access from the Global Settings. This will allow Lingpad to use AI throughout the organization for all translation projects. Select the language tone from Default, Informal, and Formal.
Note: Default tone is when our system picks an appropriate tone for translation. Informal and Formal tone is when the system uses informal and formal language and words, respectively, during translation.
3. Navigate to the Messaging Preferences tab and enable Automatic Translation, Subject Line Translation, and Bot Translation.
Note: The Freshchat live chat software does not support bot translation.
