Agent Permission

Head to your project on Lingpad and select ‘Agent Permission’ from the sidebar.

Every Agent and their respective roles for the selected subdomain will appear in the Agent Permission tab.

1. Click on the ‘Access’ column to grant Lingpad App access to your preferred agents.
2. Set the agent’s native or preferred language as the default language. 
This is the language the agent has selected on the relevant platform as their default language.

3. Next, add their 'known languages,' which include all the languages that they know and Lingpad won't translate tickets in their known languages.

Filter and Sort

Filter and Sort users based on their:
  1. Default Language - filter users who have a particular language set as their default language
  2. Access - with or without Lingpad App access
  3. Role - Admin or Agent

Furthermore, you can also sort agents in ascending or descending alphabetical order.
