How to Subscribe and Check Your Current Lingpad Plan

Lingpad's Growth and Pro plans are designed to help you streamline your translation of multilingual support communication, help center articles, or documents. Each plan comes with no restrictions on creating projects or adding users.

Once you have explored Lingpad's translation platforms and features during the 7-day trial, you can subscribe to the Growth or Pro plan. Let's see how you can subscribe and check your current LIngpad plan:

How to Subscribe to Lingpad's AI Translation Platforms

1. Login to your Lingpad account. Click on the Upgrade button from the popup if your trial has expired, or from the top panel if your trial is still active.

2. This will open a new screen to select your desired translation platform, billing cycle, and subscription plan. Click on the Subscribe button to proceed with the payment.


3. You will be redirected to the Stripe payment page, where you can enter your credit card details. Check all the subscription details before you click on the Subscribe button.


Note: Tick the "Securely save my information for 1-click checkout" and save your card information for future payments.

4. Once you click Subscribe, Stripe will process your payment and redirect you to the Lingpad Billing page, where you can check your current Lingpad subscription plan.


Note: Once you subscribe, proceed to add AI credits for AI-powered translation. New users will have to add credits on the first instance, and then after, it'll auto-update once your credits reach 10% of the respective AI credit plan.
