How to Change or Cancel Your Lingpad Subscription Plan
Now that you know the different subscription plans for Lingpad translation platforms, we'll see the process for changing or canceling your plan.
While Lingpad subscription plans are designed to suit your business's translation automation needs, you often want to change plans to scale up or down the functionalities. Let's see how you can switch your subscription plan:

How to Change Your Lingpad Subscription Plan
1. Log in to Lingpad, open your Organization Settings, and navigate to the Billing page.
2. Once there, you'll see your active subscription plans. Click on the Change Plan button from your respective translation platform's card.
3. Changing the plan has a few scenarios. Let's see each case one by one.
Case-1: Upgrading from Growth to Pro (Monthly Cycle)
For this case, select the translation platform from the change plan popup, switch to monthly billing, and click on the Subscribe button of the Pro plan.
Please note that the additional amount charged for the upgraded plan will be adjusted against your old plan's amount.
Case-2: Upgrading from Growth to Pro (Yearly Cycle)
For this case, select the translation platform from the change plan popup, ensure the yearly cycle is selected, and click on the Subscribe button of the Pro plan.

Case-3: Downgrading from Pro to Growth (Monthly Cycle)
To downgrade your plan, select the translation platform from the change plan popup, select the monthly cycle, and click the Contact Sales button from the Growth plan. You can even email on hello@lingpad.com for the same, and our team will reach out to you with more details.
Case-4: Downgrading from Pro to Growth (Yearly Cycle)
For this case, select the translation platform from the change plan popup, make sure the yearly cycle is selected, and click on the Contact Sales button from the Growth plan. You can even email on hello@lingpad.com for the same, and our team will reach out to you with more details.
4. Additionally, there are two possible scenarios where you want to change the billing cycle of the same plan.
Case-1: Changing the Billing Cycle from Yearly to Monthly
To change the billing cycle from yearly to monthly, select the translation platform from the change plan popup, choose the Monthly cycle option, and click the Contact Sales button. You can also email on hello@lingpad.com for the same, and our team will reach out to you with more details.
Case-2: Changing the Billing Cycle from Monthly to Yearly
From monthly to yearly billing cycle, select the translation platform from the change plan popup, choose the yearly cycle option, and click the Subscribe button.
Please note that the additional amount charged for the billing cycle upgrade will be adjusted against your old cycle's amount.
How to Cancel Your Lingpad Subscription Plan
1. To cancel your Lingpad subscription plan, visit the billing page and find the card for the respective translation platform. Click on the Cancel button.
2. You'll be asked to confirm canceling your subscription plan. Once you click Confirm, your plan will be canceled after the current billing cycle. However, you can still use Lingpad until your plan expires.
