How to Create Freshdesk Support Translation Project on Lingpad

As we explained in the previous article, you can get started and download the Lingpad app from the Freshdesk Marketplace. Now, let's understand how to create an integration project for Freshdesk Support ticket translations:

How to Integrate Lingpad with Freshdesk Support Desk

1. The Lingpad app you downloaded will redirect you to the Lingpad website. From there, you can login or sign up for a Lingpad account.

2. Once you login or sign up, create a new space or open an existing one to create an integration project.

3. When you click on Integration, a side panel will appear. Enter the project title, select Freshdesk Support Desk from the Messaging tab, add the API key, and enter the Freshdesk subdomain.

Note: The API Key is a unique key for your active Freshdesk Account. You can find it under User Profile Icon (at the top-right corner of your screen) > Profile Settings > View API Key.

4. Lastly, click on the Connect button to create a Freshdesk Support Desk messaging localization project.

After you have created a successful Freshdesk messaging integration, give your agents necessary permission to use the Lingpad app for AI translation.
