Once you have subscribed to any Lingpad translation platforms, you will need AI credits to perform AI translation tasks. Whether you want to translate your support messages, help center articles, or documents, Lingpad AI credits help you generate translation with the power of AI.
What is AI Credit? How Does it Work?
AI Credits are like the translation currency within Lingpad. Each time you use AI to translate multilingual tickets, help center articles, and documents, you spend AI credits. For each word you translate with AI, 1 AI credit is consumed and deducted from your AI credit balance.
For instance, if you translate a ticket containing 57 words and send a translated response in 84 words, the total word count is 141, and the same will be deducted from your AI credit balance.
Similarly, if you translate your help center articles or documents, the total word count of those translations will be deducted from your AI credit balance.
What are AI Credit Plans?
They are valid across all Lingpad subscription plans and can be used for all translation products. We have introduced three AI credit plans for our subscribers.
