Translating Zendesk Dynamic Content/Macro

You have already set up your Zendesk Guide project on Lingpad. Now, you wish to translate your dynamic content. Let's see how you can achieve that with Lingpad in 3 easy steps! 

  1. Pull Content: Head onto your relevant project > go to the Settings tab > select the particular Dynamic content you wish to localize in the "Pull Content" tab > click "Pull Now"

  2. Localize: To translate the imported dynamic content, click on the "Languages" tab > select the relevant language > go to "Dynamic Content" > select the dynamic content item you wish to localize. You will be redirected to the Editor, where you can add your translations. You can either use the revolutionary Lingpad AI or order human translations from our hand-picked Language Service Providers. Make sure you approve your translations!

  3. Push Content: Once your translations are approved, head to your "Settings" tab again and go to the "Push Content" tab > select the particular Dynamic content you have localized > click "Push Now"

Voila! Just like that your dynamic content items have been successfully translated! You can now head to your Zendesk platform and start using the translated dynamic content/macros.
