Create Zendesk Guide integration project on Lingpad
Add Project Title > click on Help Center > select Zendesk Guide > add the relevant subdomain > click Connect.
Create Integration project
If the relevant Zendesk subdomain is integrated with Lingpad for the first time - you will have to allow Lingpad to access Zendesk subdomain. Click “Allow” in the pop-up.
Authorize Lingpad to access the Zendesk subdomain
Note: If a Zendesk Support project is already created on Lingpad, the authorization pop-up won’t appear.
