Getting Started with Zendesk Guide for Admins

The Lingpad X Zendesk Guide integration is a scalable solution to localize, manage and update your knowledge base articles stored on Zendesk. A single source of truth to automate your multilingual customer service efficiently! You can set up a Zendesk Guide project on your Lingpad account in 5 easy steps. NO installation required!

Create Zendesk Guide integration project on Lingpad

  1. Go to www.lingpad.comLogin if you already have a Lingpad account or sign up
    Log In
     
     
    Sign Up
  2. Create a new space > View space
    Create Space

  3. Add New Project > click on Integration 
    Add new project
     
  4. Add Project Title > click on Help Center > select Zendesk Guide > add the relevant subdomain > click Connect.

  5. If the relevant Zendesk subdomain is integrated with Lingpad for the first time - you will have to allow Lingpad to access Zendesk subdomain. Click “Allow” in the pop-up.

Note: If a Zendesk Support project is already created on Lingpad, the authorization pop-up won’t appear.
