How to Setup Integration Project in Lingpad for Zendesk Guide Translation

How to Create a Lingpad Project for Zendesk Guide Translation

1. Go to https://www.lingpad.com/ and click on Login to log into your Lingpad account if you have one or register for one. You can also log in or sign up using your Google account with Single Sign On.

2. After logging in or signing up, create a new space by clicking the Add New Space button or open an existing one. Give your new space a name and short description, and click on the Create button.

3. Now open the recently created Space or an existing one and click on the Integration button to set up your Zendesk Guide project.

4. Add a project title, select Zendesk Guide from the Help Center tab, enter your Zendesk subdomain, and click on Connect.

5. Once you click on the Connect button, it will open a Zendesk authorization page to allow Lingpad to access your Zendesk guide content for translation.

6. Click Allow to proceed with your localization project. Once authenticated, you can start importing your Zendesk Guide articles to LIngpad.
