How to Integrate Lingpad with Gorgias

How to Create Translation Project to Integrate Gorgias with Lingpad

Whether you have subscribed to Lingpad or are using it during a 7-day trial, here's the process to create a project and integrate your Gorgias Inbox with Lingpad for ticket localization:

1. Login to your Lingpad account or create one if you don't already have one.

2. From your dashboard screen, click on the (+) icon from the Messaging card.

3. This will open a side panel from where you can select a space or add a new one, enter a project title, and select Gorgias Inbox for integration.

Note: Spaces are a collection of projects. They streamline the accessibility and management of different projects you create within Lingpad.

4. Next, add your Gorgias's subdomain details and click Connect.

Tip: If you have multiple accounts, ensure that you select the right Gorgias subdomain - the one you chose to integrate Lingpad app with.

5. This will open the authorization page from where you can allow Lingpad to access your Gorgias Inbox tickets for localization.

6. Clicking the 'Authorize' button will integrate your Gorgias account with Lingpad and create a translation project.

7. Lastly, give your agents the necessary permission to use the Lingpad app for AI translation. Go to the 'Agent Permission' settings from your project and click on the checkboxes from the 'Access' column to give desired agents the permission to use the Lingpad app.
