How to Install Lingpad App from Zendesk Marketplace
Achieving high CSAT scores relies on swift and efficient multilingual customer service. To begin your path towards becoming CSAT Champions with Lingpad, there are several steps you must follow to seamlessly integrate the Lingpad App with Zendesk.

How to Download Lingpad App from Zendesk Marketplace
2. Select 'Translation by Lingpad' from suggestions and click on the Install button.

3. Select the Zendesk subdomain/account you wish to integrate.
Select the relevant Zendesk Subdomain
Tip: If you have multiple accounts, ensure that you select the right Zendesk subdomain - the one you chose to integrate Lingpad app with.
4. This will open the installation page where you can enable/disable the "Enable role restrictions" and “Enable group restrictions”if you wish to assign Lingpad access only to specific roles and groups.If disabled, all roles associated with the selected subdomain will have access to the Lingpad app for the particular subdomain.
5. Go to Zendesk Dashboard and open any ticket.
6. Click on Apps.

7. Click the Get Started button and you will be redirected to Lingpad sign up/log in page.
