How to download Lingpad from Zendesk Marketplace
Achieving high CSAT scores relies on swift and efficient multilingual customer service. To begin your path towards becoming CSAT Champions with Lingpad, there are several steps you must follow to seamlessly integrate the Lingpad App with Zendesk.

On Zendesk Marketplace
1. Go to Zendesk Marketplace and search for Lingpad.
2. Select 'Translation by Lingpad'. Click on Install.
3. Select the Zendesk subdomain/account you wish to integrate.
Tip: If you have multiple accounts, ensure that you select the right Zendesk subdomain - the one you chose to integrate Lingpad app with.
4. You will be redirected to the Admin Center.
5. Check the "Enable role restrictions" and “Enable group restrictions” if you wish to assign Lingpad access only to specific roles and groups. If disabled, all roles associated with the selected subdomain will have access to the Lingpad app for the particular subdomain.
6. Go to Zendesk Dashboard and open a ticket.
7. Click on Apps.
8. Select Get Started and you will be redirected to lingpad.com.
