How to Download Lingpad App for Freshdesk Support Translation

Here's a step-by-step process to download and integrate the Lingpad app with your Freshdesk support desk:

1. Log in to your Freshdesk Support Desk and navigate to the Freshdesk Marketplace icon from the top to open Marketplace Apps.

2. Type Lingpad in the search bar and select Translation by Lingpad app.

3. Click on the Install button to install the Translation by Lingpad app.

4. Open any ticket from the Tickets tab. You can now see Lingpad in the apps section.

5. Click on the Get Started button.
