Getting Started with Freshdesk Knowledge Base for Admins

Create a Freshdesk Knowledge Base integration project on Lingpad

  1. Go to www.lingpad.com. Login if you already have a Lingpad account or sign up
    Log In
     
    Sign Up

  2. Create a new space > Click on "View space" 
    Create Space

  3. Add New Project > click on Integration 
    Add new project
     
  4. Add Project Title > go to the Help Center section> select Freshdesk Knowledge Base > add the relevant subdomain and API Key > click Connect.  
    Create Integration project
