1. Log in to your Freshchat account and navigate to the Settings icon and click onAdmin Settings from the side panel.
2. Open Marketplace and Integrations, and click on Marketplace Apps.
3. Search for Lingpad and select the Translation by Lingpad for Freshchat app.
