Where Can I See Multilingual Customer Service Ticket Orders Placed Via Freshdesk Support on Lingpad?

Understanding your Freshdesk Integration Project's Dashboard on Lingpad - For Admins

Lingpad App for Freshdesk is equipped with extensive features to make your customer-service journey seamless, efficient and effortless. In this article, you will learn how to view all the Lingpad orders placed via Freshdesk Support Desk, where can you access Translation Memory (TMs) and how to reconnect Freshdesk with Lingpad in case the configuration is broken

View Order History 

  1. Sign in to Lingpad and select the relevant Space 
    View Space

  2. Click on View Project 
    View Project

  3. You will be able to see all your Orders in Order History                                                                                                                           
Note: People who have access to the relevant Space can see the order history on Lingpad.

Tip: Utilise Translation Memory (TM) to reduce costs. Add repeated translations to Project level TM or Global TM depending upon the translation. 


If the connection between Freshdesk and Lingpad is broken, head to Domain Details within Settings and add the relevant Freshdesk subdomain's API Key. Click Reconnect and voila, your Lingpad and Freshdesk integration will be reconfigured successfully! 

Note: The Reconnect button and API Key under the Domain Details tab with be enabled only when the connection between Freshdesk and Lingpad is broken
