Understanding Dashboard

In the rapidly evolving world of multilingual customer service, data-driven insights are key to understanding performance and driving improvements. Lingpad’s dashboard is designed to provide these insights at your fingertips.

A dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your translation metrics monthly and annually. It provides a clear and concise overview of relevant localized customer communication metrics, allowing you to track productivity and identify trends over time.

The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) highlighted are:

Total Words- The total number of words that have been translated.
Total Tickets- The total number of multilingual tickets that have been raised.
Agents- The number of agents that have been added/assigned.

In the top right corner, you'll find a dropdown widget with two options: 'Words' and 'Tickets’: Select one to filter data by words or tickets.

The next section of the dashboard comprises of monthly comparison charts. Let’s delve into the specifics below:

2. Multilingual Words/Tickets By Agents

This chart shows you the comparison between total number of multilingual words ordered per agent. You can also enable the ‘Comparison’ toggle to view a side-by-side comparison of translated words by agents in two separate months. Click on the ‘Maximize’ widget to view data in full-screen mode.

3. Top 5 Language Usage

This chart shows your top 5 language pairs' data and the number of tickets/words translated in that respective pair.

4. Language Pairs

Here, you'll see monthly data for all the language pairs and the numbers of words/tickets translated in the respective pair. You can also enable the ‘Comparison’ toggle to view a side-by-side comparison of the same.
