Order History and Management

Order History and Management

Open a project in Lingpad and click on the ‘Orders’ tab in the sidebar to view your Order history - data is segregated based on the method of translation: AI or Human. When you open a project in Lingpad, the second thing you'll see is your Order history.

Video Tutorial



1. Order No.

In this column, you can see all placed orders and their associated Ticket IDs.

2. Order Details

The column shows you the language pair and whether the order was inbound or outbound.

3. Response Time

This column displays the time taken for each order to execute AI translation in secs.

4. Order By

This column displays which agent placed the order and the corresponding date.

4. Total Words

This column shows you the number of translated words.


Filter AI Orders:

Filter AI order based on the following parameters: 

1. Source Language

Source language is the language in which the original content was originally written and translated from. Select relevant language(s) and click "Apply" to see orders with the relevant source language(s).

2. Target Language

Target language is the language the content is being translated into. Select it relevant language(s) and click "Apply" to see orders translated into the relevant target language(s). 

3. Order By

Filter based on the agents’ names to see how many orders each agent(s) placed. 

4. Date By

Filter orders by selecting a specific date range.

 

Download Data:

Download order history data by clicking on this 'Download as .CSV' button.
