1.3 Usage Data

  1. Service Usage Information: We may collect information about how you use our Services, such as access times, the pages you visit, the features you interact with, and any errors you encounter. This data helps us improve our Services and user experience.

1.4 Billing Addresses 

  1. We may collect your name, email address, contact information, card number for safe and secure payments.

2. How We Use Your Information

  1. To Provide and Improve the Services: To deliver the translation services, create projects, and process user-generated content. We also use your data to troubleshoot, improve, and enhance the platform’s functionality.

  3. Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, provide technical support, and resolve issues related to the Services via third - party platform.

  1. No Use for Training LLM Models: We do not use your data to train or fine-tune large language models (LLMs). We do not use customer data to influence or bias models towards specific domains. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our translation services. We use OpenAI API to provide you with Services, in order to secure your data, we have exclusively opt- out of the option allowing OpenAI to use our data for training its LLM.  
  2. No Sale of Customer Data: We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your personal information is only used for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
  3. Limited Visibility: The company can only see ticket numbers, the agent assigned to each ticket, and the number of words translated. We do not have visibility into the actual message translations themselves, as they are encrypted.
  4. Encryption: Message translations are encrypted both in transit and at rest. This ensures that even we, as the service provider, cannot access or view your translated content.
  5. Subject to OpenAI’s Privacy Policy: It’s important to note that the translation data processed through OpenAI’s API is also subject to OpenAI’s privacy policy, and OpenAI may have access to certain data as part of providing the API. You should review OpenAI’s policy for further details.
If you are located in European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
  1. Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary to provide you with the translation services and fulfill the terms of our agreement.

As part of the translation services, we use OpenAI's API to process and generate translations. By using our Services, you acknowledge that your project data, including the content you upload for translation, may be transmitted to and processed by OpenAI's systems. OpenAI is a third-party provider, and we rely on OpenAI's privacy practices in connection with its API.
  1. Data Transfer to OpenAI: OpenAI
In case if you are located in the United States, your data will not be transferred outside the United States. However, in case you are situated outside the United States per say in EEA, OpenAI may process data in the United States, and as such, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). While transferring, OpenAI states that such data transfers are in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including by implementing Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other appropriate safeguards. If you are located in the United States, your data will not be transferred outside the United States. However, if you are located outside of the United States per say in EEA, Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States. Specifically, OpenAI’s API and other third-party service providers may process your data outside the EEA. In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other mechanisms to ensure a level of data protection that is consistent with the GDPR.
