Now that you have created a Glossary, the next step is to add relevant terms to it.
Add Glossary Terms
To add terms to the created glossary, click on the three dots in the right corner. Click 'Manage Term'.

To add industry or brand-specific terms to the created glossary, you can either add each term one by one or if you have a pre-existing glossary, add the glossary terms as an .xlsx file.
Add terms to Glossary - Add Term: You can add single terms specific to your requirement with this feature. You can specify the following term details when adding glossary terms.
- Term details:
- Term: The term you wish to add to the glossary
- Part of speech: grammatical properties of the term e.g., noun, verb, adjective, etc.
- Description: description of the term
- Image: Relevant image (if required)
Target language(s) terms: translations of the term in the respective language(s)
Add Terms Note: While adding new terms, it is mandatory to add the relevant term translation to atleast one of the Target languages field.
Once these details have been filled, click 'Add Term'.
- Upload .xlsx file: One the file is uploaded, you will have to assign relevant headers to each column in the sheet. You will be able to assign relevant term details right from here. Click 'Configure' and voila, your Glossary file is uploaded and the terms are configured!
Note: If due to unforeseen circumstances, certain term(s) could not be uploaded to the glossary; an email with the ignored terms and instructions for re-uploading will be sent to your email id.
Tip: If there is an expand icon next to your term, it means that there are details added to the associated term.
View details of the associated term Click on the 'Expand' icon to see the details.

There are no restrictions in terms of editing terms, except that the translation of atleast 1 term language is absolutely necessary if you wish to keep the term in the glossary.
Click on the three dots in the right corner and select 'Edit'.

A slider with the term details will come up. You can add/make changes to the term entry, part of speech, description, image, and/or target language term entries.

Once you have added the details you wish to add to the glossary, click 'Update Term'.

The updated details will come up immediately!

Delete Terms
You can delete single or multiple term entries from the glossary.
Note: If you delete a term, all the associated target terms will be permanently lost.
Single Deletion:
Click on the three dots in the right corner and click 'Delete' to delete the individual term.

Select all the terms you wish to delete, and click 'Delete Selection' at the bottom.
