How to Switch or Cancel Your AI Credit Plan
Lingpad gives you flexibility to scale up or down your usage of our translation tools as per your requirement. You can easily switch between plans to upgrade or downgrade whenever needed. Let's see how you can do so:

Step-by-step Process to Switch Your AI Credit Plan
1. From your respective organization, navigate to the Settings and open the Billing page.2. Once there, you'll see your active subscriptions and AI credit plan. Click on the Change Plan button from the AI Credits section.
4. Select the desired AI credit plan and click on the Upgrade or Downgrade button. You'll be notified of the charges and asked to confirm switching to your desired plan.
5. Once you click Confirm, your old plan will be cancelled, and your new plan will become active.
2. You'll be asked to confirm canceling your AI credit plan. Once you click Confirm, it'll cancel and stop the auto-update of your AI Credits plan; however, you can still use your remaining AI credits for translation till your Lingpad subscription plan is active.
5. Once you click Confirm, your old plan will be cancelled, and your new plan will become active.
How to Cancel Your AI Credit Plan
1. To cancel your AI Credits plan, visit the billing page and find the card for AI Credits. Click on the Cancel button.2. You'll be asked to confirm canceling your AI credit plan.
