  1. Head to your Intercom Articles project > click on the "Settings" tab and go to the "Push Content" tab to start exporting the translated knowledge base content to Intercom.
  2. Select the collections, sections and articles in the languages you have localized in and click the "Push Now” button.

Note: If the target language's articles are missing the translations in certain segments, it will immediately populate the content from the relevant segment in the default language to the translations file. This way, there is no loss of information, and the translation status on Lingpad will still reflect the number of words left to be translated.
  3. When you push the translated content back to Intercom, the article's status — published or drafts — maintains the same status as on Intercom.

Reconnect

If the connection between Intercom and Lingpad is broken, head to Authentication Details within Settings and add the relevant workspace ID. Click Reconnect, and your Lingpad and Intercom Articles integration will be reconfigured successfully!

Note: The Reconnect button and workspace ID under the Authentication Details tab will be enabled only when the connection between Intercom and Lingpad is broken.
