Lingpad X Intercom Articles: How to import content

How to pull content from Intercom to Lingpad

Once you have created the Intercom Articles project on Lingpad, all you have to do is bring the content residing in your Intercom workspace over to Lingpad. Your project on Lingpad will become the single source of truth where you can import all the knowledge base articles. Let's see how!

  1. Click on "View Project" > go to the Settings tab > select the relevant collections, sections, and articles you wish to localize in the “Pull Content” tab.
  2. Click "Pull Now" > Without translations or With translations.
    Pull - with or without translations
    Note: The option to import content with translations is only available on the first sync. If you import content with translations, the data on Lingpad will be overwritten with the content in your Intercom workspace.

  3. Once the content is synced > go to Cabinet. All collections, sections, and articles will come up with the word count. 
    Sync successful!

Tip: If you enable the "Auto Pull" function, changes made in Intercom will be automatically updated at a specific time.
