How HubSpot Agents Can Use Lingpad for Message Translation
Here's how Lingpad app works for AI-powered translation in HubSpot:
1. Log in to your HubSpot Service Hub and open any multilingual chat with a customer.

Note: Ensure that the automation settings are turned on for Automatic Translation, Subject Line Translation, and Bot Translation from your HubSpot project on Lingpad.

Note: When Bot Translation is enabled, Lingpad instantly translates customer messages into the Admin's (who has created HubSpot project) default language. When Bot Translation is disabled, translation begins only after a human agent is assigned and the language is identified.
2. Whenever a new ticket is generated, Lingpad app will auto detect the conversation language. If the ticket language is different then the agent's preferred language, Lingpad will automatically translate the incoming messages.
3. Once you receive the translation of your customer messages, you can write the reply in your default/native language starting with '!' (Exclamation Mark) in the Comment.
4. Lingpad will set the conversation language and then translate your response and send the message in the customer's language in real-time.

Note: The response is sent under the sender's name if no agent is assigned to the ticket. If an agent is assigned to the ticket, the response is sent under the agent's name, not the sender's.
5. To preview the translated version of your response, add a comment starting with '!!'. You can make changes to translation and hide sensitive information before sending it to customers through email reply.
