Glossary: How does it work with my customer support channels?

Here's how glossary will come into implementation while responding to tickets/messages on your relevant customer support platform.
  • Your support agent types a quick response to the customer. Notice how iPhone is typed as 'iphone' in the text box.

  • Considering that "iPhone" is a term in your glossary, it will automatically be incorporated into the translation. Check the image below to see how the glossary is implemented. The translated message sent to the customer maintains the proper terminology format "iPhone" as mentioned in the glossary terms.

See how easy and effective the AI-powered translation process is when glossary implementation is automated? Say goodbye to manual quality checks!
