Integrate Zendesk Support with the Lingpad App

Getting started for Zendesk Admins

Fast and effective multilingual customer service is key to improving your CSAT scores. Before you start your journey to become CSAT Champions with Lingpad, there are a few steps you need to take to integrate Lingpad App with Zendesk.

On Zendesk Marketplace

  1. Go to Zendesk Marketplace and search for Lingpad --> click Install.

  2. Select the Zendesk subdomain you wish to integrate
    Tip: If you have multiple accounts, ensure that you select the right Zendesk subdomain - the one you chose to integrate Lingpad app with.

  3. Enable role and group restrictions if required.

  4. Click Install.

  5. Go to Zendesk Dashboard and open a ticket

  6. Click on Apps.  
    Tip: If Lingpad doesn't show up in the Apps section, click Refresh.

  7. Select Get Started and you will be redirected to lingpad.com

On Lingpad

  1. Create an account on the Lingpad or Log In if you already have one

    Log In


  2. View/add new Space --> View/add new Project

  3. Select Integration and fill in the pre-requisite information including your Zendesk subdomain. Click Connect.

  4. A pop-up asking to Allow Lingpad to access your Zendesk account will come up.

  5. Click Allow and voila, the Lingpad App for Zendesk has been successfully integrated
