How to Install Lingpad App for HubSpot Service Translations
Here's a step-by-step process to install the Lingpad app to your HubSpot Service Hub account:
1. Log in to your HubSpot Service Hub and navigate to the Marketplace icon from the top to open Marketplace Apps.
2. Type Lingpad in the search bar and select Translation by Lingpad app.
3. Click on the Install button to install the app.
4. You can also visit the Lingpad platform and create a project to install the app. To create a project, register or login to the Lingpad platform.
5. From your dashboard screen, click on the (+) icon from the Messaging card.
6. From the side panel, select a space or add a new one, enter a project title, select the HubSpot, and click connect.

Note: Spaces are a collection of projects. They streamline the accessibility and management of different projects you create within Lingpad.
7. Clicking connect will redirect you to the HubSpot authorization page to choose your HubSpot account and then Connect the app from the next screen.
8. Once done, your project will be created in your desired space.
9. Lastly, give your agents the necessary permission to use the Lingpad app for AI translation. Go to the 'Agent Permission' settings from your project and click on the checkboxes from the 'Access' column to give desired agents the permission to use the Lingpad app.
