How to Fix a Broken Help Center Integration in Lingpad

If the integration between your help center and Lingpad app is broken, you can easily reconnect the same. Here's what you need to do in order to reconnect:

1. Head over to the Space where the respective help center integration project is set up.

2. If your subdomain is disconnected from the Lingpad, the domain details on your help center translation project will turn red.

3. To reconnect the broken help center and Lingpad integration, simply click on the reconnect  icon and your integration will work as good as before, except for Freshdesk users.


Info: The Freshdesk users need to re-enter their API key to reconnect the broken Lingpad integration.


Note: You can find the API key under User Profile Icon (at the top-right corner of your screen) > Profile Settings > View API Key.
